In 2017 Bilal was convicted of multiple cases of sexual assualt, carried out on his dentistry patients while they were sedated. In Rabia’s book she describes his arrest in 1999, for assualting young men, and his subsequent disappearance and thus inability to testify as Adnan’s alibi.
